How to place an order:
After you select your size you just click on the add to cart icon and it will take you directly to our Paypal Shopping Cart.
If you wish to continue shopping, click on the icon on the Paypal window and it will take you back to the Chixink website. After you are done selecting the Tees you want, click on the secure checkout icon to begin the checkout process.
Checkout Process:
If you already have a Paypal account, you may sign in and continue as usual. If you dont have a Paypal account, you may sign up for one or continue without signing up. Its your choice. You also have the option to pay with a credit card.
How secure is Paypal?
Paypal protects sensitive information using state of the art encryption, so your data is not available to anyone. Paypal automatically encrypts information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially used.) Before you register or log into the Paypal website, their servers check your computer to make sure you are using an appropriate browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
What are the Shipping Options?
Chixink will ship your Tees by way of USPS First Class Mail. You will be notified by email as to the time frame for your order to arrive. Please note that it may take up to a week for your order to ship but usually it will ship within 2 business days.
If by any chance the Tee you chose is out of stock, we will send you an email regarding the situation. If the tee is in reprint, we will let you know how long it will take for us to receive it and if it goes out of print, we will let you know and refund your money in the full amount.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes to your order can be sent to orders(at)chixink.com. Please wait for a reply to your request and we will let you know if the order has already been processed or if it has already shipped. Once the order has been processed, we cannot change it.
Shipping Costs for U.S. orders are as follow:
1 Tee $3.50
2 Tees $5.00
3 Tees $7.00
4 Tees $9.00
5 Tees $12.00
NOTE: Orders outside of U.S. will be subject to an additional shipping cost. We will contact you with the additional cost as soon as we receive your order and will send you an invoice for the remaining balance due. Additional Shipping cost will depend on geographical zone as well as weight of items.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Chixink will refund the full amount of your purchase minus the cost of shipping. All returns must be unworn and in the original condition that you received it. Returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. You may also exchange your tee for another one or you may also request a credit.
Please fill out the return form included with your invoice and indicate the reason for your return. Also let us know if you prefer an exchange, a return or a credit. Please include your name, email address and your order number in orded for us to be able to process your return accurately.
Chixink Tees are printed on 100% cotton Tees.
